Information We CollectDepending on the features used, EURO 7000 may collect the following information:
- Account and profile data: employee name, mobile number, login ID, profile image, role, branch, dealer or customer association, account status, and other profile details submitted in the app.
- Employee field visit data: visit records, day plans, dealer visits, carpenter visits, meeting details, attendance, claims, orders, collections, approvals, remarks, timestamps, and related business activity submitted through the app.
- Location data: device latitude and longitude used to record field visits, verify visit authenticity, add dealers, submit orders, track visit history, support active route or visit tracking, and generate internal reports.
- Camera, photo, document, and file data: profile pictures, visit photos, meeting images, claim images, invoices, PDFs, and other documents or files selected, uploaded, or captured by the user.
- Device and app information: device identifier, notification token, operating system, app version, app activity, diagnostic information, and crash logs needed for login, notifications, security, troubleshooting, and app improvement.
- Communication data: support requests, account communications, operational messages, and notification delivery information.

EURO 7000 may collect location data from the user's device to accurately record field visit details, verify visit reports, track visit history, add dealers, support order submission, and enable internal business reporting. The app requests location permission before accessing location data. Location data may be collected while the app is in use. When a user starts an active visit or tracking task and grants the required permission, location collection may continue during that active task even if the app is in the background. Users can revoke location permission from device settings at any time, but some visit, dealer, order, and tracking features may not work without location access.
Camera, Photos, and FilesEURO 7000 may request camera, photo library, storage, or document access so users can capture or upload profile images, visit photos, meeting images, claim documents, invoices, PDFs, and other business attachments. The app accesses only the images, documents, or files selected or captured by the user for app features.
Data RetentionWe retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
